Hi there !

The decision to open my own store, in 2014, was taken spontaneously and rather impulsively. I wanted to sell good quality and pretty stationery.

What’s with the weird name? As a child my sister invented a nickname for me: Moffel, which doesn’t mean anything but which kind of fitted. She still calls me that. So when looking for names for the store I came up with Mofelito Paperito.

I’ve always had a fascination for paper, pens and office supplies. One of my favourite games was ‘playing office’: stamping, punching holes, filing, the best! I can’t possibly walk out of a museum without buying a pencil.
