 Q: Do you ship everywhere?

A:  Yes we do! When your order is fulfilled you receive an email with your tracking number. 

 

Q: I will be in Brussels soon. Can I order online and pick up my order in the store?

A: Yes of course you can. Choose ‘Click & Collect’ at checkout and we will prepare your order. You will receive an email as soon as your order is ready.

Q: How long does it take for you to ship my order?

A: Orders are packed within maximum 2 days.  

 

Q: What are your shipping delays?

A: Within Belgium: maximum 3 working days/ within Europe: 3-7 working days/ US: 7 working days/ rest of the world: 7-14 working days/ Australia & New Zealand: 14-21 working days

Q: I need an invoice and I am based in Belgium. 

A: Fill in your details (Name, Address, VAT number) at checkout and we will send you an invoice by email.

 

Q: I need an invoice and I am based in the European Union.

A: Fill in your details (Name, Address, VAT number) at checkout. We will check your VAT number and we will send you an invoice by email. For independents based in the EU, no VAT is charged.

 

Q: I have a company and I would like to order some gifts for my staff but I prefer not to buy online.

A: Drop us an email and we can make you a tailored offer. We can discuss over email or in the shop.

 

Q: I would prefer paying by bank transfer.

A: No problem. Drop us an email and as soon as we receive proof of payment, we will ship your order.

 

Q: I do not know what to choose. I think a gift card is a better idea.

A: We sell gift cards which can be used both offline and online. 

 

Q: I want to offer someone a gift card but I am in a hurry. Do you have digital gift cards?

A: Yes we do!
