About the cover:
This cover is by graphic design powerhouse Masayoshi Nakajo, who over a long career has worked on major projects like package design for Shiseido Parlor.
We approached Nakajo with a request for a design that represents Tokyo 2020, and this is the result. The commanding silver-colored base is overlaid with bright pink stripes. The cover has silver and blue 2s and 0s, and the 0s are connected through a line. Open the Weeks book all the way to see a pair of glasses with eyes looking off into the distance.
