Recipes are not too complicated and avoid to be slaving in the kitchen for hours and so you can enjoy your diner guest to the full. Focus is on seasonal ingredients where vegetables take the lead. That said, there is room for some butter, meat and others.
For this book, culinary journalist Barbara Serulus and Johanna Goyvaerts (De Standaard Magazine and Weekend Knack magazine) joined forces with Tine Lejeune, owner of the Tinsel coffee and lunch bar in Antwerp).
